Rivka Kronengold

Rivka represents individuals and companies in commercial transactions and general corporate counseling, as well as estate and asset planning. Rivka’s practice includes advisory work in connection with a wide variety of commercial agreements, banking arrangements and regulatory compliance.

Rivka previously worked at Thacher Proffitt & Wood LLP, an American law firm headquartered in New York City. Rivka specialized in Real Estate and work-out arrangements through the early 1990’s when Thacher Proffitt was a market leader in the mortgage-backed securities and real estate market. Community service always played a role in Rivka’s life. She was a member of the legal team that helped found the Holocaust Museum in Washington D.C.

Rivka graduated from Barnard College (B.A., magna cum laude) in 1981 and received her law degree from Fordham University Law School in 1987. She was admitted to the New York Bar in 1988 and is a member of the New York Bar Association.
