Steve Kronengold​

With over 30 years of experience, Steve Kronengold, the founder and team leader of SRK, advises clients regarding a broad range of business law issues involving the commercialization of intellectual property, securities law, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, SEC and NASDAQ compliance issues and general corporate advisory work. Kronengold’s clients include private and public companies, venture capital funds and individuals.

Kronengold combines his experience at SRK with over ten years of experience at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, one of the world’s leading business law firms, and seven years of multifaceted experience as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Sapiens International Corporation, a NASDAQ reporting company with global operations.

Kronengold blends his extensive experience in intellectual property, corporate and securities law and general commercial law into a vibrant private practice that includes:

• Representation of private and public companies in the negotiation and drafting of commercial agreements with their customers, partners and suppliers, including licensing, support, professional services and all forms of distribution and marketing agreements; Representation of private and public companies in M&A transactions and the drafting of agreements, ancillary documents and securities law filings in connection with such transactions;

• Representation of companies and private investors in the negotiation of capital raise transactions, and the drafting of agreements, prospectuses, proxy statements and securities law filings in connection with such transactions;

• General corporate advisory work, including the preparation and review of annual and periodic securities law filings and investor relations materials, including press releases and annual reports; and

• Providing outsourced general counsel services to private and public companies.
